Vanguard Leader: Com. Sinthouba Meitei will be the Leader of the Vanguard Manipur and Com. Lanthoiba can assist him and 2nd Leader and He also will be the Unit Co ordinator.
Unit Leader: There will be Four Units and one Unit leader for each and every Units.
Vanguard Correspondence Center: Com. Naokhomba will be the chief of Vanguard Information Center (VCC). One individual in each and every Village is expected to be part of the Vanguard Correspondence Center. VCC chief will submit daily report or urgent reports to Com. Lanthoiba who also the 2nd Leader of the Vanguard Manipur.
